Good news and bad news.... well, really great news and bad news. We are in the final dealings to obtain the domain name RPGRADIO.COM! No longer will you have to type in my rediculously long alter ego's name (Farulosonoth) to get to the radio station, and it will be easy to remember. RPGRADIO.COM, sweet! It cost a grand total of $200, although if you take into account all the donations I have recieved, really it cost about $200. (Sorry, a little sarcastic humor there for anyone reading).
Now the bad news, you may have noticed that in the last months, the stream may be skipping for you a bit... this isn't your connection, it is our insanely crappy cable connection through RCN. I don't know why it sucks and I drop pings at about a rate of 20%, but it does. We will eventually get this resolved, but right now, the priority is getting the new house fixed up, which, due to insanely stuck on 30 year old green carpet padding, is taking 10 million times longer than expected. Scraping this stuff off is for the birds people, don't let anyone tell you different. Trust me, you don't even understand until you have experienced it, and I would only wish it on my worst enemies.
Almost forgot another little bit of really good news, I managed to get Shoutcast configured so that it STOPPED crashing all together. Yay! So the stream should be running almost all the time now. Once the packet loss problem is resolved, we will be solid as a rock!

Play RPG Radio from your iPhone! You should now be able to do the following steps and listen wherever you desire!
1. Download the Shoutcast App from the App Store.
2. Search for "RPG Radio" in the search
3. Click on RPG Radio it should say 96K (The one you want is the one that looks like it actually playing a real Role Playing Game song, not the other ones that are labeled RPG Radios that play nothing related to Role Playing Games??)
Optional 4. Plug your iPhone into your AUX input of your car and listen through your cars speakers!
Sit back and enjoy...
PS. My appologies for the latest fast forwarding version of RPG Radio... I was testing different versions of WinAmp and Shoutcast and never realized that it was totally disfunctional until someone just told me on the forums. (Another great reason to join the forums!) Anyway, everything should be back in order, as well as the added functionality of listening from your iPhone.

Re-added Bard's Tale Construction Set, Bard's Tale I, Realms of Arcania - Blade of Destiny, Crystal Dragon, Cystals of Arborea, Curse of Enchantia, Curse of Ra, AD&D Dark Queen of Krynn, and Darkmere. And as an added bonus just for fun, the Cyberball title song (Not and RPG but still a cool song and a classic game). All Amiga versions.

Finally... got rid of that ugly text menu on the left there <-... not only that but replaced it with that kick a$$ home made retro RPG menu there (based off of the Commodore 64 Pool of Radiance interface), how awesome is that? I know, I know you can breath now. It still needs a little refinement, but its about 10 million times nicer looking that plain text was. Oh, and I fixed the "favicon" back to the little Ultima Avatar guy so if you have the site bookmarked, delete the bookmark, clear your browser cache, close your browser, reopen and re-create the bookmark. If you forget the address, just google RPGRadio, I'm the first link or if you put the space between "RPG Radio", I am the second or third link.

Some bad news, and a small sliver of good news. The bad news... I had an.. issue with the computer I use to convert the music and create tracks if something isn't already in MP3 format. That said, the recent Amiga game music that I uploaded 2 updates ago is gone and I have to re-record them all over again, which takes a while, so for the moment, they are off the list (because they no longer exist), I will be re-converting them to MP3 so that I can stream them in the near future along with many more Amiga music tracks so keep watching this space for updates. The good news(For some)... I added the full Final Fantasy X-2 soundtrack. Until next time...

I think I may be the only person on the planet that noticed the similarity between the theme song for "The Guild" available for free on xbox live and the song "Mouse" from Ultima VII. They are not the same, but very similar. And by similar I mean I think they ripped it off of Ultima VII. Just thought I would throw this out there to be documented for all time. Sorry, no new songs to update, however, I will be posting a movie of a complete playthrough of Black Hole Assault on the Sega CD on YouTube in the next few days.

Some more red meat for you ravenous RPG lions out there. Added the following Amiga game soundtracks : Bard's Tale Construction Set, Curse of Enchantia, Cyberball (I know not an RPG, but a classic non-the-less and a catchy title screen tune), Darkmere, Deathbringer, Dragon Lord (Dragon's Breath - this one needs some work, the player seemed to play the bass beats a bit off... I may one day fire up the emulator and get some better music), Dragonstone, Dungeon Master 2, Golden Path, Heimdall and The Faery Tale Adventure. Does it get any better than this? ... No I didn't think so.
